Frank Bagnasco

Frank Bagnasco is a triathlete and cyclist in his spare time. He enjoys the challenge of pushing himself to his physical limits. He's done a few triathlons for St. Anthony's and Nautica. Triathlons enable Frank to train both on and off the water. Frank enjoys triathlons because he is an avid cyclist and swimmer. He has also participated in American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure fundraisers. He coached baseball in St. Petersburg Beach's little league for five years. He enjoys spending time on the baseball field and was excited to be able to coach in the St. Petersburg area.

In his spare time, Frank Bagnasco also enjoys SCUBA diving. He loves the water so much that he is a skilled spearfisherman. The challenge of spearfishing in water brings out the competitor within. He is constantly pushing himself both professionally and personally. Frank is always willing to go to any length to achieve success. Coaches Southwest Little League Baseball as a volunteer. He collaborated with Meals on Wheels volunteers to donate and distribute medical supplies and equipment to those in need.
